Practically on campus, this recently renovated 6-plex is across the street from SCU’s beautiful entrance, Starbucks, Cramer’s Bagels and Cal Train!  While it is several houses down from the HUT and across from all campus activity, it is quiet for studying as neighboring homes are owned and used by SCU. Each unit includes plenty of natural light, granite countertops and modern appliances! Enjoy the large SCU grass area directly across the street to throw a football or absorb vitamin D! All six units are identical other than the end units having a different window layout than the middle units.
